Submitted by ahmad zafire (United States), Mar 13, 2006 at 01:11 peace brother! i am muslim and afro-american. i agree with you on every point....i am a convert of eight yrs. and serve in the US military. when i deployed to kuwait,iraq...i thought i would be well schooled on islam to the point in which i didnt know.the issue you point out are correct many of them cant read or write and cant quote the quran. i think for the true colors of islam to show unforunately it my not be from many of the arabs countries. but from europe,or US muslims. i just hope we can help our muslim brothers and sisters get on track.
