reply to btilly part 4Reader comment on item: Counting Islamists Submitted by Keith Williams (United States), Nov 9, 2008 at 10:23 Hi btilly, Let me help you my friend. you wrote: >>I have associates in Iraq and blacks are segregated and Iraq children call blacks ugly names. I have a tape from a black soldier with an experience with a little Iraq boy thinking he was African because he was black skinned. When told no, the little boys said he was dirt and his father said he was not allowed to talk to him. Two terms in Iraq made you more naive. Go save blacks in SUDAN, not some ungrateful Arabs.<< I will not dispute the experiences of your associates. I had very different experiences than they did. Most of the Iraqis that I met were cordial and very respectful and very grateful for our help. You should go there yourself to see for yourself. As far as segregation goes. I did not see any. In fact, some of the Iraqis have white skin, blond hair, red hair and blue eyes and some were very black skin and I saw a remarkable brotherhood between them. I was looking at them to see if I could pick up any of the racism that we see here in the states but I saw a closeness between them that brothers give each other. I was amazed. My jaw dropped. I saw what Malcolm X was talking about. So yes, it is good to get away from our culture and get our eyes opened and stop watching Rush Limbau and Fox News and other right wing crap and see for ourselves what the real deal is. I have been to many countries all over the world and I notice that people used to love us but now they despise our country but not the American people just the government. Many lies are told on the news and media which I know you know that but I would say 90% is rubbish. Even in Germany I did not feel welcomed and felt like I was the enemy. Hopefully with a new administration in the White House we can repair our alliances and prestige around the world. >>Didn't God create all languages.<< Yes, he is the creator.>>Jesus' name was not Isa. 600 years my foot. Jesus was here 600 years before Muhammad 1 century to 6th century.<< His name was not Jesus either. Look, we are talking about the same person. Just like languages we all have different names are ways of saying the same thing. In english we call him Jesus, in spanish they say Hesus, in Aramaic and Hebrew he was Yeshuah and in Arabic we call him Isa. Don't get wrapped around the axle on that. The same when we are talking about God. In english we use God and in every language we got a different name but it is all the same God. The one God the creator of everything. Also, don't get wrapped up in symbols my friend. Before you go and bash symbols and rituals about Islam, I really think that you should look at your own religion first my friend. Start with the 10 commandments and then answer the question of why the crucifix??? Where did that idolatry come from??? If Jews were told not to make shrines why do you. Arabs were around before abram was born. Arabs came befgore Abram and Hagar was Egyptian no Arab. Ishamel was part Egyptian not Arab. Was Abram an ARAB. "Elohim is Hebrew, not Aramaic. Aramaic is not Arabic. How deceptive as Allah is! Your own book say Allah is the DEVIL, yet you accept it." Hebrew, Aramaic, and Arabic are from the same language family and have many of the same words and meanings. Like English, German, and Spanish being from the same language family. Can you see the analogy my friend. Also interesting is the fact that all languages can be traced to a single source, Adam and Eve. The spelling is different and the pronunciations are a little different but the meanings are the same. All are referring to the God of us all. http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/06608x.htm >>Islam is easy, as all you have to do is hate. Hate all non-muslims. How insane when the Bible is corrupt and said love your neighbor, Are you shell-shocked. Christendon is also incorrect, but the Bible is not. There are people out there who really teach the Bible, not what some man believes.<< No, hate is wrong."I define Islam for you in a way that nobody dared do it before me. Islam means obedience to Allah, obedience to Allah means having sincere faith in Him, such a faith means to believe in His Power, belief in His Power means recognizing and accepting His Majesty, acceptance of His Majesty means fulfilling the obligations laid down by Him and fulfillment of obligations means actions (Therefore, Islam does not mean mere faith, but faith plus deeds)."
