On a scientific base, let's define woman. A woman is simply the opposite of a man. When does a person biologycly become of age? Its when pubi hits. and at what age does a girl gets her period? at a much younger age. it is the society that decides if you are grown or not. lets look at christ mother she was 10 years old when she conceived does tha make God a rapist?
