Mohamed does not obey Koran, issue of temporary marrigeReader comment on item: A Christian Boom Submitted by Susan (Canada), Jan 31, 2007 at 15:29 Submitted by Sohail, Jan 30, 2007 at 08:45 Susan you showed an example of a contradiction between the Quran and Hadith: Mohammed – Bukhari collection of Hadits: Chapter 6: STONING TO DEATH OF JEWS AND OTHER DHIMMIS IN CASE OF ADULTERY Book 017, Number 4211: Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that a Jew and a Jewess were brought to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) who had committed adultery. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) came to the Jews and said: What do you find in Torah for one who commits adultery? They said: We darken their faces and make them ride on the donkey with their faces turned to the opposite direction (and their backs touching each other), and then they are taken round (the city). He said: Bring Torah if you are truthful. They brought it and recited it until when they came to the verse pertaining to stoning, the person who was reading placed his hand on the verse pertaining to stoning, and read (only that which was) between his hands and what was subsequent to that. Abdullah b. Salim who was at that time with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Command him (the reciter) to lift his hand. He lifted it and there was, underneath that, the verse pertaining to stoning. Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) pronounced judgment about both of them and they were stoned. Abdullah b. 'Umar said: I was one of those who stoned them, and I saw him (the Jew) protecting her (the Jewess) with his body. But in the Quran the punishment is different: The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment. Quran 24:2 Response: Than Mohamed does not obey Koran, because there were so many stoning cases that were ordered by Mohamed in hadits witnessed by his companions. Based on your "Hadith Science" it points to strong evidence that stoning was upheld by Mohamed in cases of adultery. Why is it that Mohamed does not go by what he says that "God revealed to him" ? Jesus and adultery: 11He answered, "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. 12And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery." Mark 10:11-12 9I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, and marries another woman commits adultery." Matthew 19:9 Response: Jesus was critisizing temporary marrige that was practised at that time and is also so prevelent in Muslim countries. "If you do not want to commit adultery but still want to have sex with somebody, marry that somebody for one night and you will be OK." In Islam it gets another twist - a guy can say 3 times " I divorce you, i divorce you, I divorce you" and woman has to marry somebody else for one night and that guy has to sleep with her and than divorce her in the same manner and than the first one can marry her again - is not that adultery blessed by Islam? It is an adultery and hypocracy. I believe that it is much better to have a life long commitment to your partner and not to look at divorce lightly. By the way woman can not use the 3time I divoirce you to get rid of her men - where is equality her? What about women of men that were killed by Moslims in a war? She can be raped without any consequence immediately after her husband was killed in a war. Even in old testament the jews were not allowed to do it. The punishment for adultery in the Bible is death - Response: I guess you have chosen to ignore the example of "Jesus and the adulteress" I have sent you previously.
