Lives lost to abortion cannot be so easily dismissed except in inconscionable remorselessness of selfishness. It is no different than those lives offered to Chemosh or Milcom in ancient times.
That having been said; the other attempt to harm the wtiness of the Gospel is to mistakenly ascribe acts not attributable to the sayings of the Savior to those who are as much of an enemy to the Holy One of Israel as any who murder in rebellion to the sayings of the Tanakh; and make out killing in the name of the wrong deity is somehow admissible; which is not.
