We the readers read this as: Our dear Matthew (sic) al-Tablighee is saying that he is running away because he expects that we kuffar will prove him wrong and make fun of him and because we must be, the bogus, islamophobes thing. He is not realizing that he is no more than another lost tablighee from India and Pakistan who trolls the internet
