Your words have given me hope. I can respect Muslims who interpret the Koran in a historical and contextual way or non-literal way and believe that Islam is not Shariah. I cannot respect extremist Islamists as you say, who want to impose Shariah upon the whole world. You have answered my questions, so I shall leave you with one last one.
If I being a follower of the teachings of Jesus and you being a follower of the teachings of the Prophet, and the Jew a follower of Moses, have Abraham (or as you would say Ibrahim) as our father, then are we not all brothers who worship the same Almighty?
If the answer is yes, then this bloody family feud which has lasted for over 1400 years and brought dishonor on all, should be put to an end.
