I don't know about Michael but Hamzah and Abdul Hadi were just me, so its fine.

So Mr. genius, as I told you before the word النساء in today's Arabic would have a rasm as: النسا (compare with Garshouni ܐܠܢܣܐ) without the dot in the letter ن and then the Persian mufasereen had to fix all that mess et voila we have the EDITED as النِّسَآءِ and more disasters for you? There is a missing Alif next to the letter Alif so it should be: النِّسَااءِ and this is why the sneaky Mufasereen edited the letter /ا/ and made it /آ/. You are lost right? It is because you are ignorant.

I mean, common sense? Where is it? ofc they would add these homophones so that the people who know not Arabic could also read it fluently and easily. Many Arabs still read the Qur'an in a version with no homophones as they know what to expect, but the people who don't know Arabic learn these very homophones and thus get the pronunciation out correctly.

Oh and talking about Urdu, many poets of Urdu, i.e, Allama Iqbal, Dagh Dehlvi etc. also wrote all their works without homophones but their works were later enhanced with homophones so that the read can have a better understand of it.
