"Worries about Iran prompted the Saudi kingdom to take the lead in condemning attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah on Israel as "rash adventures."
As the Jerusalem Post's Khaled Abu Toameh has documented, Israel's counterattacks have prompted "an anti-Hezbollah coalition." Sound Israeli policies will greatly influence the evolution of this nascent force." And then "King" Abdullah sent the equivalent a billion and a half dollars to Lebanon in support of Hizbollah (and that's only the first installment). Just Arabs being Arabs. Maybe they think that's why God made our mouths with 2 sides -- so they could say one thing out of one side while saying the opposite out of the other. With past actions acting as predictors and with current actions indicating no substantial desire to change, I wouldn't count on rational motives or actions from the Arab world. My prayers are with Israel. Israel's triumphs are triumphs for Western civilization.
