Even after fifteen years of this contention, intifada after intifada, promises of 'explosions' to the Russian leadership while under a constant (potentially, ballistic-nuclear) threat of elimination, which war does Israel need to win in order for the incessant hostilities directed towards Israel become a things of the past: where does a peacetime future for Israel become a reality?
Unfortunately, both for Israel AND her enemies (and even her so-called allies), the inevitability of a war, even THE war, is on the path towards determining once and for all, who wins. We'll dispense with the typical arguments of one side or another making their bold statements of expectations, only to arrive at the point of conclusion.
For all of the efforts to eliminate and dispose of Israel and each and all of those efforts having ended in failure, does anyone expect they (except Israel) will win? Seriously, only Israel has the right to that expectation. Every debate that attempts to contradict this establishment of destiny will find that all who have tried in the past are gone and Israel still exists. The rebellion has run out of arguments; there are no other contenders that can change the outcome that is promised to Abraham.
