Dear Dr. Pipes, Something or the other happens every day and I find a reason to write on your forum. I consider it my duty because we have to counter the daily single-minded propaganda of 2 billion Muslims in favor of Islam.
First of all, thanks DNM for introducing me to MSNBC's Mehdi Hasan. It took me about five seconds to discover that Mr Hasan recently picked an Amnesty International report on Israeli 'apartheid' against its, so called, Palestinian citizens (ref1). I consider it a disgrace that 2 Billion Muslims of the world, having occupied hundreds of thousands of square miles of this planet, are gunning for tiny Israel as if there is no tomorrow. We very well know who is David and who is the giant here.
Mr. Hasan can choose to present an anti-Israel report in his program because that is the most important item of the day. But he could also be picking this report as a free Islamist propaganda paid for by MSNBC. This is a risk when Muslims capture our media. And, I suspect there is a concerted effort by Islamists to grab the free-world's airwaves. Non-muslims cannot even be citizens of many Islamic theocracies let alone controlling the airwaves in those Islam-occupied nations.
This leads me to Amnesty International. This organization lost its credibility for me years ago. I wonder why this organization still exists and if it insists on existing then when it will say that the human right record of the Islamic nations is so bad that the world has to worry about nothing else until the HR situation in Islamic theocracies is fixed. Let me repeat for Amnesty International's benefit: no human rights issue in the world is worth discussing until all Islamic theocracies become genuine democracies.
