Tuwa means holy, sacred and pure; not parched.

And yes, indeed الوادي when it comes to classic Arabic, but that doesn't mean any verse in the Qur'an that isn't archaic should be corrected to its archaic form.

And "Tuwa" isn't a strange word but a holy place; and what if al-Tabari didn't understand what it was? What are you trying to say here?

A small question: Why did al- Tabari even choose to stay Muslim when he had to literally correct the whole Qur'an (And please don't be super toxic on this one as being egoistic is one of the many major flaws with you)?
