Big Shiny Guns! Oh, My!Reader comment on item: Israel Has a War to Win Submitted by orange yonason (United States), Jul 26, 2006 at 00:49 BS"D In a report from Beirut feebly feigning impartiality, we learn that Israel's assault has had absolutely no effect on the brave Islamic supercritters who, undaunted by bombs as normal mortals are by mere pieces of lint, have emeged unscathed from under their rocks to reassert authority over the rubble that symbolizes their goal for humanity. As the heroic Hannah Allam reports...
My, aren't we impressed? Keeping themselves busy by buffing up their weapons to reflect sunlight so the enemy can see them more clearly must have been all that kept them going as they cowered underground in fear of the bombs. Now, if you will forgive me, I will quote from a little more ot the report, but with a 'spin' of my own added to make that excerpt of the article slightly more interesting, at least to myself.
And why would anyone be "visiting" the heart of a terrorist enclave in the middle of a war, unless it was embedded in a civilian neighborhood by the cowardly ghouls who use civilians as shields for their perverse activities? Incidentally, that behavior is called "perfidy" and it is a VERY SERIOUS breach of international law which the world chooses to ignore.
What an (ig)noble savage. Say, doesn't it sound reminiscent of Arafrat's last days at the Mukata landfill? So, what do we learn here?
Far be it from them to let a few civilian deaths caused by their perfidy to give them any qualms of conscience. And in other news? Hmm. I wonder what they were "observing?" You don't suppose that Israel could have been taking fire from there, or that terrorists attempting to evade targeting tried to hide out there? Not like that sort of thing has ever happened before. After reading the MSM reports, and looking at how "impartial" bodies side with the aggressors, it should be obvious that anyone who thinks Israel's foes are confined the battlefield, doesn't understand the nature of the conflict.
