Our dear Michael al-Tablighee is really saying that the Qur'an is an empty book. After all we have to read books written by mere human beings to understand what his so called god had in mind. As for his god favorite dude Muhammad? There is nothing in the Qur'an about him. You cannot reconstruct his life by reading the Qur'an only. So Allah has the time and the ink to write about Arabic speaking ants and flying carpets and Shish Kabab Falafel and Hummus and Shakshouka but nothing about Abul Qasim? Why is that our dear Michael al-tablighee?
>But your favourite scholar, al-Tabari says that Allah IS a word.
Mr. illiterate al-Tabari tafsir is the earliest EXTANT Quranic tafsir. And no Ibn 'Abbas and Muqatil are not extant they are ascriptions. This is why if you want to know what the Quran really is saying you start with al-Tabari. Are you that ignorant and are you making fun of al-Tabari?
Mr. genius, "Allah" is a word and it is a foreign word. It is not Arabic it is from Aramaic ܐܠܗܐ and here from your revered Muslim sources of al-Halabi says in his exegesis of the word Allah that it is a loan word from Syriac/Aramaic
al-Tabari tells us that it is a contraction of the word الاله/الالاه which is linguistic nonsense after all why would you contract the name/title of your so called god?
I feel sorry for you. Leave Islam and get a grip...
