2012Reader comment on item: Friendless in the Middle East Submitted by the Grand Infidel of Kaffiristan (Australia), Nov 26, 2011 at 21:02 Mr Slayhy seemingly convinced of the predictions of astrologers , opines on the events of 2012: 1. More attacks against USA and France, Iran and the Zionists Bearing in mind the source of previous attacks - I wonder which religion the attackers will belong to? And why does Mr Slayhy - along with most muslims - obsess with Jews? I wonder what Mr Slayhy's attitude towards them would be if he was born in say, Seoul, South Korea? I wonder what book(s) he has been reading to form such a negative opinion . 2. Palestine will be recognized in 2012 as member state A member state of what? The League of Countries of Pissed-Off Muslims with a grudge against the rest of the world yet a massive sense of entitlement to everything that the rest of the world has developed?? 3. Many dictators will fall in 2012 Most of the existing ones are arab/muslim - and these states are currently going through a process of replacing their dictators with fresh ones. That their populaces will eventually catch on to the trick is no real surprise. 4. A North African leader will die many are in their 70's and living in a region prone with violence and poor health care and public hygiene. 5. Sudden and dangerous events will happen in Libya in 2012, take the world by surprise. Nationalisation of the capital, infrastructure and investment of non-libyan oil companies ? But apart from that - whatever happens there is Libya's business. 6. A woman will be president in France female heads of state are hardly a rarity in western democracies. 7. Bin Laden will appear again and puzzle the world well, that certainly would be a surprise. 8. Lebanon will be in great danger Any country ruled by Islamic hotheads is already in great danger - self-created for the most part. 9. New kind of terrorist that will kill people The old type already kills people. I wonder what religion the new ones will belong to.
