How come the Qur'an is silent about the Hindus and Buddhists?

Oh how come your Allah had no clue about your Hindu and Buddhist ancestors? any clue our dear slayhy whose Hindu ancestors were brutalized by islam? Could it be because Allah is an Arabian deity?
