More Proofs that Jesus is not GodReader comment on item: Friendless in the Middle East Submitted by slayhy (United Arab Emirates), Dec 6, 2011 at 07:08 The Qualities and attributes of God that he is so powerful, Almighty, he knows everything, he knows the unforeseen, the untold, and the hidden, he is the supreme and capable of doing everything – unlike Jesus qualities and attributes which are lacking the qualities and attributes of God as were are told in the Bible – Here are some samples Mr 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. (If Jesus is not Good, then who is he, A God????) Mt 19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. (If Jesus is not Good, then who is he, A God???) Mt 23:9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. (This is what i have been saying, people called Gods for different things) 1Co 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. Joh 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. 1Co 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Joh 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. Ac 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Ac 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Ac 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Ac 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his servant Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. (this is ASV, in other bibles such as KJV it states his son Jesus) – confusing Ac 3:13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Servant Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied before the face of Pilate, when he had determined to release him. Ac 4:25 who by the Holy Spirit, by the mouth of our father David thy servant, didst say, Why did the Gentiles rage, And the peoples imagine vain things? Ac 4:26 The kings of the earth set themselves in array, And the rulers were gathered together, Against the Lord, and against his Anointed: Ac 4:27 for of a truth in this city against thy holy Servant Jesus, whom thou didst anoint, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, were gathered together, Ac 5:42 And every day, in the temple and at home, they ceased not to teach and to preach Jesus as the Christ. (Christ is not a Godly name it is and earthly name meaning anointed) Ac 5:29 But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men. Ac 5:30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew, hanging him on a tree. Mr 6:4 And Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honor, save in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. (Jesus is calling himself a prophet) Mr 13:32 But of that day or that hour knoweth no one, not even the angels in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Mt 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only. Lu 2:52 And Jesus advanced in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. Heb 5:8 though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered; Mr 11:12 ¶ And on the morrow, when they were come out from Bethany, he hungered. Mr 11:13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find anything thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for it was not the season of figs. Mr 11:14 And he answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit from thee henceforward for ever. And his disciples heard it. (Why Jesus became hungry and why did he curse the tree ???) absolutely not qualities of God) Here what God said in Isaiah Isa 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith Jehovah, and my servant whom I have chosen; that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. Jesus confirmed the Commandments of Moses, there is one God and no Jesus or son or whatever Mr 12:28 ¶ And one of the scribes came, and heard them questioning together, and knowing that he had answered them well, asked him, What commandment is the first of all? Mr 12:29 Jesus answered, The first is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God, the Lord is one: Mr 12:30 and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength. This is what I have been telling you about the scribes Mr 12:38 And in his teaching he said, Beware of the scribes, who desire to walk in long robes, and to have salutations in the marketplaces, Mr 12:39 and chief seats in the synagogues, and chief places at feasts: I have more proofs for you from your own book, but will rest with the above Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
