The Temple could be Al-Masjid Al-AqsaReader comment on item: Friendless in the Middle East Submitted by slayhy (Canada), Jan 5, 2012 at 21:31 I thought you resort to divine logic rather than human logic 1. Who says that abraham did not make sacrifice in Makkah? As far as we know from Prophet narrations that the sacrifice of Ishmael was indeed in Makkah and it was next to the Ka'bah. 2. I did not understand what Umayyad has to do with the prayer of the propets together in the locaton of the Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa - did you think that the Masjid was only built during the Umayyads? because Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa was there even before the Umayyad rulers were. - read wikipeda on Al-Aqsa mosque or http://www.atlastours.net/holyland/al_aqsa_mosque.html For your information Al-Kabah was rebuilt many times ever since Adam built it, Abraham and Ishmael by the order of God rebuilt the sacred house, it was rebuilt again during Muhammad time and was restored many times after him.. Similarly Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa was reconstructed over the centuries many times because it was destroyed by earthquakes. did you not know that all prophets including Jesus Christ made pilgrimage to the Sacred Masjid in Makkah every one during his time. and all prophets made prayer at Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa along with prophet Muhammad. So when you say that the temple is in the location of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa that would mean the Temple is actually Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa being rebuilt by Solomon after its destruction due to earthquakes (if the temple is proved to be in the Area of the Sacred sanctuary. But you have to understandone thing that the Israelites left Palestine to Egypt willingly with Jacob and lived in Egypt for centuries before the coming of Moses. they forgot about their temple and forgot about their heritage for worldly pleasures. the people who stayed in Palestine took care of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa before David came brought back the Israelites and ruled Jerusalem and rebuilt Al-Aqsa. The Israelites were also punished by the Lord for refusing to obey his command to enter the Holy Land and now they want their temple?????
