you are mistaken, there is a lot known about Muhammad, but you don't read it

There are large volumes that talk about his life , his daily life, his thoughts, his living his friends, what do they say about him

There are actually hundreds of books, and TV documentaries about the life of Muhammad and his thoughts

A lot is known about Muhammad but you don't look for it
