You see our dear Amin it is not us kuffar that say that there are indeed Syriac and not just Syriac bu also Ethiopic words in the Qur'an so let us read the Tur Sineen again where al-Tabari says that the word Tur is really a Syriac word but he also tells us that the word sineen is really an Ethiopic word and here is what he says
قَالَ : سُئِلَ عِكْرِمَة , عَنْ قَوْله { وَطُور سِينِينَ } قَالَ : طُور : جَبَل , وَسِينِينَ : حَسَن بِالْحَبَشِيَّةِ
Or he said blah...blah...upon his saying wa tur sineen he said tur (means) mountain and sineen (means) better or hasan bi al-habashiyya (read this as in the Ethiopic lnaguage!)
What a disaster an Ethiopic word in the Qur'an a book that says that it is written in pure Arabic!
Oh there will be more about the word tur in Q23:20 and you thought that I forgot about it?
