Read to be enlightenedReader comment on item: Friendless in the Middle East Submitted by slayhy (United Arab Emirates), Dec 20, 2011 at 15:21 I feel you are a sensible man, at least you do not curse other's prophets Jesus never Married, also John never married, but other prophets did marry, and some did marry more than one woman at the same time, King solomon - who is a great Prophet of God, married 100s Muhammad at the age of 25 he married Khadigah his 15 years elder, she was 40, they lived together 25 years, he never saw any other woman - at the age of 52, he married a widowed woman of 82 years of age of a certain tribe to honor her and her tribe for entering Islam. then he married Aisha who was 17 years of age the only virign woman he ever married, then after all the women he married were either widowed or not virgin women, totalling 11 women. mostrly to tighten connection with tribes or honor widows of a martyered Muslim and to consolidate ties with their tribes. if he is lusting, he would not have stayed 25 years with one woman before prophethood age. and he would not marry between 60 and 80 years old women. In Islam it is not allowed torture - Muhammad never tortured any prisoners, he treated them well, even he released those who taught muslims to read and write. He encourage the freeing of slaves , never accept the murder of innocent people I suggest you read Prophet Muhammad life, you can find lots of books in Internet or bookshops
