...2 examples which spring readily to mind are this attack carried out by a doctor or Major (Dr.) Hassan's sudden inspiration at at Fort Hood. There are many more. And then we get a whole country such as Iran where thousands scientists spend their whole careers working on ways to wipe out Israel and the 'Great Satan'.
