Rushdie and muslim leadersReader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by G.Vishvas (Germany), Jun 26, 2007 at 14:00 Secretly muslim leaders are finding in Salman Rushdie a valuable ally. He gives them the chance to gather their flocks, street-gangs and killers and instigate them to new deeds of "islamic bravery and intimidation". There is no punishment in islam or islamic shariah upon those who call out to kill ex-muslims or critics of islam. Some muslim liberals may pretend to be sad about the behaviour of some muslim fanatics - but they cannot and will not do anything against it. Future islam will be an islam of killers and street-gangsters. Many muslims too are scared of this development, but it is inevitable. And no matter what the muslim liberals say or do they will help this happen. They will be providing the "intellectual" protection necessary for this islamic develoment all over the world. If a muslim leader calls out to kill someone then there is always some dud of a muslim trying to reserve his place in allah's heaven by carrying out this order. Muslim liberals are neither able nor willing to stop that. The worst is yet to come.
