To Susan: Clearly write where you see injustice. I will be with you if it injustReader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by Syed Rafey Husain (Pakistan), Jul 2, 2007 at 09:57 "This is all allowed in islam, together with incest," I would say you are so well misinformed. You have to find some really good references for all the information you just posted. Incest marriage is not allowed in Islam, if by that you mean a list of people in close relatives that Quran prescribes marriage prohibited. Please clarify. "that's why the totality of pakistanis around the world send back the females to marry a cousin." Females can marry to a cousin, if they like in Islam and Pakistan. Do you see it unjust? "That' s another crime, it's called arranged marriages, something unknown to other "cultures" but widely widespread in muslim societies." Why it is a crime? Do you think arranged marriage or family system is unjust? Again Susan, based your arguments based on perhaps Turah or whatever book you believe in. Or if you do not believe in any book, state that you are liberal, and you think it should be like that. My love to you.
