Know your facts.Reader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by surj (United Kingdom), Jul 7, 2007 at 19:51 I have few issues to pick with you , first India was never a Muslim country, it was and is a Hindu country, and will remain Hindu country. Secondly Kenya also was never a Muslim country so how could the Imperialist Christian England take that from Muslims? Matter of fact it was the Arab/Muslims of Yemen who captured the African slaves from the area around LakeTanganyika / Ujiji .and sold them to Europeans and also kept for themselves to be sold in Arab countries. Where did you get the figure of 2 million innocent Palestinians kill? or you make them as you go along? Thirdly Stalin/Communism don't believe in any religion, so how could you call Stalin a Christian? How do you think Islam was spread? only by sword. The problem with Islam/Muslim is they always blame other than themselves. I take it you are a Afro American/Muslim convert, how strange the very so call religion/ Islam which enslaved you ,today you are defending it. Salman Rushdie must be given the knighthood, you Muslims have nothing to do with it, except make noises.
