fed up to bring you referencesReader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by susan (Italy), Jul 2, 2007 at 17:32 the majority of people from pakistan (THE FAR MAJORITY) marries a close relative (a cousin). Many honor killings happen because pakistani girls don't want to marry a cousin. This happens regularly in my country committed by YOUR PEOPLE, just right now some Pakistanis are in court because they murdered a 19 year old girl that wanted to escape a forced marriage. I don't care if incest and pedophilia is allowed by your war manual. The majority of muslims are ok with it. A tree is recognized by its fruits and in case of muslims, it's very ROTTEN fruit. "Females can marry to a cousin, if they like in Islam and Pakistan. Do you see it unjust?" not only this is unjust, but have you heard of mental illness caused by inter-family marriages? too bad in pakistan you don't have schools and you only study the koran. We in the west, found out that breeding with a cousin can lead to abortion, mental illness and retarded sons. But you probably don't even know what I am talking about. I already shown you that 10% of pakistani children are born with mental disabilities. "Why it is a crime? Do you think arranged marriage or family system is unjust?" I don't know, I would ask the many girls escaping this system, but they are all dead, facing mecca, of course. ...Stay in pakistan ...we have enough brains to CHOOSE our life, not having it written by the males of the family "Again Susan, based your arguments based on perhaps Turah or whatever book you believe in. Or if you do not believe in any book, state that you are liberal, and you think it should be like that.2 any cult, including satanism is bettern than yours...
