Best is that Rushdie surrender to any of Holy Books, he will find peace.Reader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by Syed Rafey Husain (Pakistan), Jun 28, 2007 at 02:42 Dear Henrik, I am a Muslim, from Karachi Pakistan. I understand what you are trying to say that do not fear other humans and do not surrender to any other human. And this is it should be like. But at least you should surrender to All Mighty through Quran or Bible or Taurah? Ask Rushdie, he is not surrendered to *any* of these books. He was born in Muslim family and taught in Chirstian school. So he was unfortunately not been able to surrender to All Mighty through *any* of these books. If he surrendered to All Mighty God, he could distinguish (do justice) between Holy Writing and Novels and Holy Prophets and normal people like you and me. And as none of these Holy Books are novels. So writing Novels on Holy and respected books and Prophets will lower the quality of human life around the world. If no one will be respected, there will be no moral system left in place and soon people will become animal, fighting each other. And there is no battle going on and no one feel victimized, its just an effort from you and me that some System of Moral and Justice remain in place. So its best that Rushdie surrender to any of these books, he will find peace.
