Sir Salman, ok, but fine novelist!!Reader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by Harrak (Canada), Jun 28, 2007 at 07:16 Although "Sir Salman" has a funny tone as expression, let him be even King Salman of Britain, all the best ..but to say he is a fine novelist!! please..let us not classify a low end mediatized writing as fine. He could be a British Sir politically speaking. In terms of literature, he remains a British joke. "..It is time for Muslims to accept what the Salman-like write. Nonetheless, it is time for them to start being realistic and knight their own people that can write books about the fantasies of the Bible, where Jesus and his mom are the nicest novel to start with instead of burning flags and act primitively.." a radio caller commented..well, I would rather start with the Pope and stay the course political rather than going deep into religions` hearts; and call that political humor.
