The satanic verses, Tabari and other sordid mattersReader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Jul 1, 2007 at 15:24 Our dear 3imad 3Ali or shall I say un drained, or free bee, you want to compare the Holocaust with Salman Rushdie's "The Satanic verses" the novel that is? You must be kidding. But my dear 3Imad you can find the story of the satanic verses by reading Tabari so what is your big deal?and why did it took Muslims 1400 years to be angry about such funny story? And you can find this little funny fable in Q22 and my favorite is in Q53. So Satan spoke to Muhammad and it makes you wnoder: where was Gabriel? Was he sleeping at that time? and how come your Allah did not alert Muhammad? and if your Allah is really omniscent how come he allowed such thing to happen unless he is not? And how do you know that there are no other satanic verses left in the Qur'an? What is your answer ya ayuha al-faylasoof al-kabeer?
