Moderate Extremists!Reader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by Thomas Justin Kaze (Australia), Jun 30, 2007 at 01:39 The Muslim world's response to Salman Rushdie's knighthood gives, as expected, a clear indication of the typical Islamist stance of too many Muslims: they never miss an opportunity to miss a chance to show that they are, indeed, a "moderate" religion. They also seem to have very little faith in their beliefs if they have to cry wolf every time someone does something they do not like. Time after time, they keep proving that they are not...a legitimate religion and not death-crazy...
