Hi Simon and the sourcesReader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Aug 21, 2007 at 19:37 I forgot to tell you you must be very demanding about asking him to provide you with evidence from the sources and the sources, when it comes to the Arabic language, are : 1. Ma3ajim wa qawamees 3arabiya and on the top of the list is Lisan al-3Arab and ask him to quote chapter and verse 2. The muslim masora (I can assure you that he will have no clue what that is). 3. Kutub al- nahw if needed. The following will not be regarded as valid evidence: 1. wikipedia. 2. And do not accept it as evidence if he says: "I said so." 3. Tendenious and Pakistani Muslim web sites. 4. The Qur'an in not a ma3jam or a qamoos or kitab 3ilm or kitab Tib. And always remember that it is he who has the positive claim is the one that must provide the evidence. So let him fall in his own traps. And let me repeat one more time, the word anfasakum in the verse means yoursleves or one another. His Arabic is poor if he says anything else.
