It means that your Allah sent Muhammad ONLY to his people the Hijazi Arabs because he spoke their language and he was not sent to your people because he spoke no Urdu. You ain't no Hijazi Arab then who was the rasul that was sent to your Hindu ancestors because he ain't Muhammad! You are here defending the religion of the arabs and Arabain imperialism and for this i say: Shame on you
