It may have already come in the mail. As for the seeming discrepancy in numbers, that's easily explained. The difference represents about the number of Muslims recently murdered by Muslims, in places like Evin prison in Tehran (plus those murdered in their homes and offices when dragging them off to prison is too much like work). All done with the cheering approval of brave men like Syed Mohammad Ali.
