To Dhimmi: Muslims who collected Hadith call bogus hadith "Moa'zoo" (fabricated).Reader comment on item: Salman Rushdie and British Backbone Submitted by Syed Rafey Husain (Pakistan), Jul 6, 2007 at 02:38 The sira is bogus but so is the hadith. Dear Dhimmi, Muslims who collected Hadith call bogus hadith "Moa'zoo" (fabricated). So, I agree with you that there are bogus or fabricated Hadith (mostly created for political purposes). Righteous people like Bukari, Muslim, Daword, Nisai, Maja and Tirmizi (May Allah blessing on their souls and reward them best) has separated fabricated from real. Now there are categorization of Hadith (Shahe, Hasan, Mursil, Moa'zoo ) based on A) who has quoted the Hadith (was has just, was he God fearing, was he sinner, did he lied etc. Hadith becomes Moa'zoo, Daie'f or Shahe etc. based on person) B) and how many people have quoted similar saying (Hadith becomes Gharib or not Maroof or Mutawatir based on count) A) + B) = Rawayaat in Hadith B) = Daraya't in Hadith My love to you.Syed Rafey Husain Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
