Still asleep after all these years.

The only thing that will awaken us from slumber is a single massive and successful attack on us by Islamic terrorists? I wonder if even that would do it. The deaths from 9/11 exceeded those at Pearl Harbor and yet Americans continue to deny the danger presented by Islamic terrorists.

Maybe some psychiatrist will please explain why intelligent people, who are made aware on a daily basis that Islamic terrorists will try to kill them, still turn against themselves rather than even identify the enemy. Do they live in delusion rather than face unpleasant truths?

I believe they call it the Stockholm Syndrome.
