Why Pakistan should be declared Terrorist State ?Reader comment on item: Still Asleep After Mumbai Submitted by gpnema (India), Jan 7, 2009 at 12:21 Pakistan's roots are in militancy,.There can never be true democracy.The administrator is therefore never effective.Law and order is flexible as per Mullah's and military will.Why such a state can not be heaven for Terrorists.It was also suspected that Osama is also hiding there.
