I see an excellent comment, but your observation of "Christians" is a little old school.Reader comment on item: Still Asleep After Mumbai Submitted by kman (United States), Dec 27, 2008 at 02:01 There are very few Christians who apologize for the "Crusades". The Crusades were carried out by a lot of people that saw the common threat of Islam, and joined in on the effort. As with God's people throughout all history, the labels always get distorted and then the wisdom, truth, integrity, and love of God get distorted into something "new".. There is another being that follow along behind God's work to distort and get off track the humans that try to find "God". I don't need to say the "other being's" name. I'm sure we are all well aquainted with it. The God of Jesus Christ says that no men are good enough to get into eternal paradise. He provided the solution himself, because only God could pay the price of those humans who would follow. Every human has "wrong"in them, and cannot stand in the presence of the Creator without either having their debt paid for (by the Christ) or being annihilated to the "other" place.
