your navy chief just visited Karachi shipyards early last week, begging our Navy to buy your inferior weapons and further our naval cooperation with your middle-of-nowhere island country. Thanks but no thanks.

and by the way --- we are nowhere near being a failed state. We are facing balance of payments crises among other challenges ---but if you learn our history you will know that we are able to overcome all our crises when determined to do so.

Let it also be known that unlike some other Muslim (especially Arab) countries --we have MANY women in parliament, provincial and federal government. We have women in our military. And most Pakistanis are anti-terrorism because it is affecting us more than it is to you. Now granted --i am not fond of the civilian govt. in power at the moment, but whether we like it or not, the Pakistan People's Party was an elected government by majority of Pakistanis. You westerners are going around supporting dictatorships (past and present) in Latin America and Muslim World. Then when we have civilian govts. you try to smear us!!

We (Republic of Pakistan) are fighting the war on terrorism while u westerners indulge in your big macs. So kindly keep your mouthes shut and learn what we are doing to stop terrorism and promote dialogue and humanity. You have no idea what it is like to hear of what is going on in our Pak-Afghan border. We are bearing the brunt of the misery because of mistakes made by the international community during cold war. (And believe me, i'm happy the USSR collapsed, thanks to OUR help).

switch off your TVs and go read a book and learn history. ...
