Bailout of Civilization

The enemy is getting closer by the day and striking at will, choosing the place and time. The states effected are using mild retaliation, the degree of which the enemy is aware of and prepared to face. There is no shock, awe or surprise element in these actions and the perpetrators are emboldened to plan bigger strikes. They have their "Annual Targets" better planned than our economic budgets and are steps ahead in intelligence.
While we realize helplessly that we live in fear, we don't even prioritize the issue though freedom loving democratic nations are at the risk of going chaotic. The civilizations need a bailout /stimulii package urgently, otherwise we may be bankrupt of our freedom and lose out finally to the enemy, whose is into full time business.
