i think i already didReader comment on item: Still Asleep After Mumbai Submitted by bayezid (Bangladesh), Dec 23, 2008 at 02:36 i do really offend you as i can see. are you sure your up against islam, or just me? most of your reply consists of you slamming me. i dont know if i should be honored by that, or simply amused. if you do remember, you did send me a comment oncce challenging me to prove GOD. i was merely showing you the fallacy of the mere attempt to do so. dont take it so hard on yourself. "The oneness of the entire human race, the pivotal principle and fundamental doctrine of the Faith; the basic unity of all religions; the condemnation of all forms of prejudice, whether religious, racial, class or national; the harmony which must exist between religion and science ;the equality of men and women, the two wings on which the bird of humankind is able to soar; the introduction of compulsory education; the adoption of a universal auxiliary language; the abolition of the extremes of wealth and poverty; the institution of a world tribunal for the adjudication of disputes between nations; the exaltation of work, performed in the spirit of service, to the rank of worship; the glorification of justice as the ruling principle in human society, and of religion as a bulwark for the protection of all peoples and nations; and the establishment of a permanent and universal peace as the supreme goal of all mankind—these stand out as the essential elements [which Bahá'u'lláh proclaimed " are you sure this is what the bahai believe? then they are more deluded that they are cracked up to be. and youre more deluded if you fall for that. human race needs to come together for a reason. if we dont have a good enough reason, no one is gonna take the trouble. it requires sacrifice. we wil be willing to make the sacrifice once we know something better can be attained after we all become one. and it is for something beter we are doing it in the first place. and that reason can only be GOD. the reason of all reasons. once we know we are all slaves of GOD, we will give up our personal and national differences. but for that you have to listen to GOD first. how are you doing that when you dont even undertsand his messages? when you fail to understand that for mankind to be one, the faith, the belief, the religion, has to be one. bahais simply want to be politically correct to a secular world. its good for their business. so if you are to make peace with one another, you must first make peace with HIM. how are you doing that when they want to reconcile between religions without realizing it has always been one message. that from GOD. these guys dont even understand this and they say world peace? peace when people still think that religions are individual identities rather than mesages meant for people as a whole? this is a built in explosive. no wonder they dont have many followers. people are smart enough to realize that at least. the bahai faith is a political tool that seeks to unite people based on worldly principles, and not the divine. divine principles are divine beacsue they cannot be compromised for anyting. because they are from GOD. so what good is it to be united if we dont have the undertsanding for it? what good is peace and wht sort of peace is it when it seperates us from our duty to GOD? if the bahais were so honest and truthful, they wouldnt use this charade of reconciliation between religions. its not like religions are at war with each other. they simply supercede one another in regards of the message from GOD. tolkien is my favourite fantasy author too. but it will be foolish to make him anything more than that. and lets remmeber tolkien would not be tolkien if he did not write the rings trilogy. and the rings trilogy is somehting that is based on the religious history of man. there would not be religion without the scriptures, of which the quran is the latest and the greatest.
