crux of the problemReader comment on item: Still Asleep After Mumbai Submitted by the Grand Infidel of Kaffiristan (Australia), Dec 27, 2008 at 23:05 Raja Believer writes "You always wow me with your write ups and I wish I had a 10th of your dialectic skill." "The concept of ONE SUPREME CONSCIOUSNESS is most misunderstood in Islam as one God Allah, who is projected or shown as distinct from the world and the individual. There is a controversy and difference of opinion in Islam about Omnipresence of God. Hence they never accept the "Thou'art that" or " The Kingdom of God is within you" concepts. " Yes, they just don't get it do they? "So it can never be called as an upgradation of earlier belief systems as repeatedly claimed by our friend." Exactly so. And it hasn't helped them not only not having an enlightened being as the initiator of their religion but having by all accounts a distinctly unenlightened one. (excuse the double negatives) I've never heard of anyone waiting three years with the need to sleep with a nine year old girl. Very troubling that they can't see the problem with this.
