You keep spouting off about "treachery" of one government or another ...Reader comment on item: Still Asleep After Mumbai Submitted by kman (United States), Dec 29, 2008 at 20:40 How many times do I have to tell you, I know the treachery of western governments. The treachery of Islam results in far worse consequences. That's what you fail to address. I don't think there is a good system of government on this planet. They're all run by humans including the Islamic ones which do far more atrocious damage than any western government ever dreamed. They damage the Muslims by forcing them to believe the religion of the country they were born into. Try an experiment for me. I will walk through my church with a copy of the Quran roped to my chest with the cover words clearly open to sight. Now, you try walking through your mosque with a copy of the Bible or any other religion in plain view. Let me know, if in a month you are still alive. I'll read your obituary, maybe, in the papers. I will have to go to some Christian news source to find out exactly how you died. I will mainly be ignored or get a few smiles in my church. I won't say a word about what I really believe. You do the same. I won't gesture or give any sign whatsoever that I "really" don't believe in Islam. You do the same with carrying the Bible. There is no one who will beat me, shoot at me, or even scowl if they see me carrying either a Bible or Quran. What do you think? Does God love those who will take any punishment for their belief in his truths, for loving him, and trying to make a better world for their fellow mankind. Or, would he prefer a jihadist who rapes, murders, tortures, bombs, burns, and so forth? Now, you just about have to lump your supposed "peace" loving Muslims in the jihad category, too, because they say and do nothing about or against the heinous practices of the jihadists. As a matter of fact, anywhere there is islamic control, you may as well hand it over to the radical element. One last thing. You kep accusing me of being deluded by "my" press and government. Again, and yet, again - I do not believe much of anything my press or government tells me. I look through a multitude of sources to get at the truth. It's pretty silly to think that Christians and Hindus would get together to conspire against the Muslims. Chhristianity has no control over my government at all. As a matter of fact, we won't claim them. I think I have wasted enough time on this comment with you. You never seem to be able to objectively "think" anyway. But, if I lived where you live, I probably wouldn't be able to either. If I lived in most Muslim nations I would be either dead or running for my life that is, if I believed in the God I do.
