Go back to Sleep!Reader comment on item: Still Asleep After Mumbai Submitted by Donald O (United States), Jan 3, 2009 at 20:15 someone should have said this 2-3 days into the situation. This is all they tell the victims opf the islamic-based attacks. Why not state it sooner rather than later? "Go back to sleep", there's nothing you can or will do. So the problem remains. The militants [and their supporters] have to 'lay low', for some months at least... and regroup for the next attack... the [genius] anaysts have to go over all the intelligence again and again because they can afford to make any mistakes. Of course would like to simplify where the enemy is, but the enemy are their neighbors! India should impose restrictions on mosque activities [especially militant operations] and all conscripts in the military should be ready to put down the protests - with the cooperation of all local police and ask for vigilance among the citizens. Learn from Israel... stop playing the victim. The enemy is not always in another country... and don't let them tell you to go back to sleep!!!
