So many mistakes?

You rightly pointed out the mistake made by USA by not finishing the job at the time of First Gulf War. But you also failed to understand that USA was trying to gain sympathy of Arab Rulers to legitimize the stay in the Gulf region. The plan was well knitted but when the war against Osama and Saddam started things started to slip from the hands of Americans. Now after 8 years after the War on Terror had started and almost 5 years of intervention in Iraq, Americans are standing empty handed.

The recent development of Talibani rule endorsed in Swat, Pakistan shows the helplessness and inability of USA to proceed further in the war on terror. Even India failed to trigger any conflict with Pakistan as the fear of mad Muslim fighters is running through the spine of many Indians...They know if these fighters would enter inside India...Indians would not be able to handle their fierceness.

Talibans are now an unstoppable force. Without technological expertise & without sophisticated weaponry, they have managed to engage the superpowers in an endless conflict. Drone attacks, surgical attacks cannot stop Talibans from showing their aggression. Right now Americans are loosing the war very quickly. The only agenda now is to save the crook regime of Karzai and this will not be an easy job when the whole of Kabul is surrounded by Talibans.

Many of the contributors here were laughing at my claims some years back when I predicted that Americans would bend to their knees because technology cannot beat the courage. Right now, Americans are looking for respectable way out to get rid of these bleeding wounds. The geographical reality of the region of Afghanistan and Pakistan is clearly showing that wars cannot be won over here by anyone. These mad fighters and lovers of Islam don't fear death, they fight and fight and just fight without stepping back. The soldiers of Islam are raised in every house of that region. We read about them in the history now we see them doing that again.

The voice of Turki and many other Islamic leaders would gain more strength and confidence. The warriors of Islam are again lifting their heads and the world would see a new era of Islamic revival. Insha Allah!!!
