Nozzi: Show us the sources which say the Muslims were persecuted from day one in Mecca

Nozzi, you write:

What were the unbelievers to repent for? For worshipping idols? What if I call upon you to repent for worshipping Allah who calls himself merciful but shows little mercy to those who do not worship Him?

Give us the sources which told you that the Muslim were so badly persecuted that they turned around and slaughtered the Meccans. Why are you not able to provide any proof, even your Cambridge historians will do for a start.

You seem to have forgotten that I have quoted from Ibn Ishaq, Ibn Sad, Bukhari, Ibn Kathir etc. Let me quote again from one of these sources about the kind of prophet and his sahaba you follow (The Life of Prophet Muhammad, Vol II and III by Ibn Kathir, prepared by the Centre for Muslim Contribution to Civilisation, Qatar):

Vol IIIPage 260: "The Messenger of God (SAAS) acquired captives from them. The captives included Safiya, daughter of Huyay Akhtab. She had been the wife of Kinana b al-Rabi b. Abu al-Haqiq. Also captured were two of her female cousins. The Messenger of God (SAAS) chose Safiya for himself; Dihya b Khalifa had asked him for her; when the Messenger of God (SAAS) chose him for himself he gave to Dhiya her two cousins.

The captives taken at Khaybar were distributed among the Muslims…."

This shows very clearly that Islam allows human beings to be taken as slaves and distributed as cattle or goods among Muslims.

Vol III, Page 230: "Umar b al-Khatab walked up and walked along beside Abu Jandal, saying 'Be patient! They're only polytheists, their blood worth no more than that of dogs!'

From this it is clear the future Caliph would have thought nothing of hunting down polytheists like we hunt down rabid dogs!

Even his closest friend baulked at the prophet's desire to marry his six-year-old daughter:

Vol II page page 95: "The Messenger of God (SAAS) has sent me to ask to become engaged to Aisha!"

"" And would she be proper for him? After all she is his brother's daughter,"", he responded.

"So I returned to the Messenger of God (SAAS) and told him that and he replied, 'Go back and tell him "I am your brother, and you are mine in Islam. Your daughter would be proper for me.'"

Nozzi, what would you think of a 53-year-old man who wanted to marry your six-year-old daughter.

Nozzi, now prove to me that these stories are invented by the unclean pagans to defame Islam.
