Nozzi: Truncating a verse to suit your purpose is dishonest.

Nozzi, the full verse reads:

[5:32] Because of this, we decreed for the Children of Israel that anyone who murders any person who had not committed murder or horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he murdered all the people. And anyone who spares a life, it shall be as if he spared the lives of all the people. Our messengers went to them with clear proofs and revelations, but most of them, after all this, are still transgressing.

I have found many Muslims, just as you have done, dishonestly cut off the first few crucial words of this verse to make it sound as though Allah is telling Muslims that killing without cause is a big crime. As you can see this verse is only meant for the Jews.

Allah will punish you if you kill a Muslim as stated in verse 004.093 YUSUFALI: If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (For ever): And the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him.

There is no verse anywhere in the Koran which tells you what happens if you kill a non-Muslim. I have quoted to you incidents from the prophet's life where he asks Muslims to kill any Jew who falls into their power (Ibn Ishaq). There is also the incident where Uman compares the life of non-Muslims to that of dogs.
