Dear Prashant and Dr Pipes,
I'm afraid that my original comment was edited when I referred to what I think about Muhammad's revelations. Anyway, you can read my words on here
http://www.danielpipes.org/comments/265440
Since I only copied from my own words what my thoughts are in regards to that.
Dr Pipes, please, accept my apologies if my statements were not appropriate. My most sincere apologies. But there's too much evidence to think that the holy prophet, who I prefer to call leader, suffered from certain mental disorders as well as illnesses that certainly may have been the reason of his revelations as well as his grandiosity delirium.
The lack of coherence in the Qur'an, both structural and semantic is another proof to fairly and scientifically refute this belief system. But of course, as I always say, it is just my opinion and reflection upon what I know. I may be very wrong.
My apologies again if my comment was offensive. Nothing further from my intentions. But it's difficult to hold these thoughts when we see our societies endangered and threatened by new Muslim generations whose Islamic formation seems to have been reinforced. It sounds like plain radicalism to me to hear Muslims in Australia defend the Islamic strict upbringing in here while bashing our freedom like if that made us unworthy, immoral and dumb. I'm sorry for my little rant, but it is just too much at this very moment for me.
Thank you for letting us expressing our views in your website so we can keep learning as well from other views and investigations.
