Nozzi: Be happy that non-Muslims are not fighting you

Muslims in Singapore share in the prosperity of the state. The state does not discriminate by religion. But Singapore is still under threat as Muslims constitute nearly 20% of the population. But I suspect the Muslims in Singapore are ethnically divided among Malays, Indians, Chinese etc. Muslims in Singapore have reached the critical mass when Muslims become restive and demand the rest of the population accede to their demands. But with only half a million of you and a prosperous life the Wahabi-type of preachers may be having a tough time corrupting your minds.

What happened after three years of preaching?

The pagans never took up arms against the Muslims in Mecca and fought the Muslims in Medina only when they ceaselessly attacked their caravans. In Mecca the Meccans only protested (did not fight) when Muhammad started abusing their religion. You are unaware of the history of your prophet. Muhamad did not the pagans in Mecca because he did not have the armed might that he acquired after he left for Madina. As soon as he had armed men at his command he started harassing and looting Meccan caravans.

Muslims are not violent only so long as they have not accumulated enough resources to fight non-Mulims. This is a per the example set by Muhammad.

What was Muhammad defending when he sent raiders to loot peaceful caravans several days camel ride away? Why did he personally lead a raiding team to rob Abu Sufyan's caravan at Badr? Were the Meccans not justified in fighting to save their lifeline? Who started the various wars during Muhammad's time.

Who invaded neighbouring countries like Persia, Egypt, Palestine and distant lands like India and Spain. Don't gives us the nonsense you learned in your madrassa that they went at the invitation of the oppressed people of those countries. Only Muslims clueless about the real history of Islam will believe that fabrication.
