I have submitted an argument somewhere that cleverly uses Quran 2:98 to stir up the emotion from Muslims against non-Muslims. Let's examine the verse below carefully:
Quran 2:98, "Whoever is an enemy of Allah and His angels and apostles, to Gabriel and Michael, - Lo! Allah is an enemy to those who reject faith".
As other religions, such as, Christians, Buddhist, & etc., are worshipping God and Allah is God himself, they are not against Allah. As they are not against Allah, why should there be the enemies of Allah?
Thus, using this verse to stir up Muslims in triggering off trouble against non-Muslims have been found to be misleading and not appropriate.
