Nozzi: Are the people of Pakistan being killed because they first fought the super Muslims, the Taliban?

In Pakistan the Taliban are fighting their brother Muslims who are moderate. Why are these moderate Muslims not fighting back. All they do is run away from the extremist Muslims. If you really are a moderate Muslim the extremists will eventually come and get you.

Is it acceptable for extremist Muslims to attack and kill moderate Muslims?
